Pre-orders are open for the 2026 Studio Composite RC-SC handle lineup: the RC-SC EX "World Breaker" in six lengths from 88mm to 118mm, the RC-SC Power Finesse in 82mm, 86mm and 90mm, and a Kenta Kimura 92mm Black custom. Every handle is finished in black, built to order by Studio Composite in Japan, and full carbon: brand new, newest generation.

Lead time: please allow 2–3 weeks for your handle to arrive. Each order is placed with Studio Composite as it comes in.

RC-SC EX World Breaker: $199.99

Studio Composite's strongest handle, built for maximum torque and sensitivity when the fish on the other end is a monster. The 2026 EX is the first update to the mounting system and back-plate hardware in eight years.

• New center nut with a larger contact area. The reel's shaft threads engage deeper, so the handle holds tighter and transmits more feel. The old anti-loosening retainer is no longer needed.
• 5mm stainless steel shaft, up from the standard 4mm. Originally developed for saltwater, used here for strength and rigidity.
• Crank-shaped carbon plate made from high-rigidity carbon prepreg bonded under high pressure.
• Redesigned Standard Plus logo on the plate.
• Six lengths: 88mm and 92mm with R27XL knobs; 96mm, 102mm, 108mm and 118mm with R29XXL knobs.

RC-SC Power Finesse: $179.99

A separate concept from the EX. Power Finesse is tuned for sensitivity and light weight in bait-finesse work, while keeping the strength to drive a thick hook into a hard jaw.

• 3.5mm high-rigidity carbon plate, crank-shaped and high-pressure bonded to eliminate flex on the hookset.
• New R24L monocoque carbon knob (47mm overall), shaped to be gripped instantly and to read small changes in the water.
• 4mm stainless steel shaft and the same new wide-contact center nut as the EX.
• 82mm and 86mm for slow presentations like jigs and worms. 90mm for minnows, jerkbaits and small crankbaits.

Kenta Kimura 92mm Black Custom: $199.99

A 92mm all-black custom handle. Same pre-order window, same full nut kit: right and left Shimano, Daiwa and Abu Garcia.

When will my handle ship?
Handles are made to order. Allow 2–3 weeks from purchase for your handle to arrive at SwimbaitSupply; it ships as soon as it lands.

Will it fit my reel?
Every handle includes right- and left-hand nuts for Shimano and for Daiwa / Abu Garcia baitcasting reels.

Which length should I choose?
Shorter handles favor speed and feel; longer handles add leverage for high-resistance baits. Power Finesse covers finesse bait-casting, 88–92mm EX is the all-round range, and 96–118mm EX is built for big baits.

Is this genuine Studio Composite?
