Refund policy

Brand-new items. If a brand-new, unopened item isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unfished, and in original packaging with all wraps, tags, and hardware intact. To start a return,email swimbaitsupplyshop@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Used, pre-owned, and one-of-one items. These are individually photographed and described, and they sell as final sale. Every one is backed by our Accuracy Guarantee: if what arrives doesn't match the listing photos and description, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a return, replacement, or refund.

Damaged or lost in transit. Every order ships fully insured. If your package arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours and we'll handle the carrier claim and resolve it, you won't be left chasing anyone.

Pre-orders. Cancel any time before your item ships for a full refund.

International orders. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Where local consumer law grants additional return rights (for example in the EU or UK), those rights apply.
