Shipping Insurance
Insure your whole order for its full value. Tick Add shipping insurance in your cart before checkout. It's $9.99 per order, or $19.99 if your order includes a rod, whatever the order is worth.
What it covers
- Packages lost in transit
- Packages that arrive damaged
If either happens on an insured order, we replace your items or refund the full amount you paid for them.
How to make a claim
- Damaged: email photos of the box and the items to swimbaitsupplyshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. Please keep the packaging until your claim is settled.
- Lost: if tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived 7 days after its expected delivery date, email us your order number.
We file the carrier claim ourselves.
Orders without insurance
Orders shipped without shipping insurance are covered only up to the carrier's standard liability. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier, but we can't cover anything beyond what the carrier pays.
Good to know
- Insurance has to be added before checkout. It can't be added once an order is placed.
- The insurance fee is refunded only if the whole order is cancelled before it ships.
- Packages marked as delivered that you can't find aren't covered as lost in transit. Contact us and we'll help you open an investigation with the carrier.
