Shimano Bantam MGL - Premium Low-Profile Baitcasting Reel (6.2:1 Right Hand)

Why Shimano Bantam MGL Outperforms the Competition

Legendary Bantam Series Heritage - The Bantam name represents Shimano's commitment to creating premium baitcasting reels that deliver tournament-level performance. This MGL model continues that legacy with cutting-edge technology.

MGL (Magnumlite) Spool Technology - Shimano's revolutionary MGL spool is 15% lighter than standard spools, allowing for longer casts with lighter lures and reduced backlash. This gives you a significant advantage over reels with heavier spools.

Versatile 6.2:1 Gear Ratio - The perfect all-around gear ratio for swimbaits, crankbaits, jerkbaits, and topwater baits. Fast enough for quick retrieves, slow enough for power and torque when fighting fish.

Micro Module Gearing - Shimano's precision-engineered gears provide incredibly smooth retrieves and increased durability compared to standard gearing systems. You'll feel the difference on every cast.

X-Ship Technology - Enhanced gear durability and smooth cranking power under heavy loads. The Bantam MGL maintains its performance even when fighting trophy fish or cranking big baits.

SVS Infinity Braking System - Advanced centrifugal brake system provides precise cast control and easy adjustment for different lure weights and conditions. Less backlash, more fishing time.

Like-New Condition - This 2022 model is in excellent shape, barely used, and ready to perform at the highest level.
